Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to the Beemention AI Growth Agent platform. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Free Plan

The Free plan does not involve any charges. No refund policy applies to the Free plan.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@beemention.com.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

4. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Annual Plans: If you request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

• Monthly Plans: If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

• Service Failure: If the Service is substantially unavailable or non-functional for an extended period, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.

Refund eligibility resets only on initial purchase — renewals are not eligible for the introductory refund window.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@beemention.com with:

• Your account email address.

• The subscription plan and purchase date.

• The reason for your refund request.

Alternatively, you may contact Paddle directly through the receipt email you received at the time of purchase.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Refund amounts will be in the original currency of the transaction.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email.
